Terms and Conditions: Growth & Authority Suite

1. Service Overview By enrolling in the Growth & Authority Suite, you are contracting DigitalDotts, LLC to provide Reputation Management software, Email Marketing tools, and AI-Generated Review Responses.

2. 12-Month Minimum Commitment

  • Agreement Term: You agree to a mandatory minimum term of twelve (12) consecutive monthly payments of $29.00.

  • Early Termination: If you choose to cancel before the 12th payment is successfully processed, you agree to pay an Early Cancellation Fee of $150.00 or the remaining balance of your contract (whichever is less) to cover the cost of discounted software licensing and setup labor.

  • Renewal: After 12 months, your account will automatically renew on a month-to-month basis at the same rate unless canceled with 30 days’ written notice.

3. Setup Fee & Onboarding The one-time $49.00 Setup Fee is non-refundable. This fee covers the technical configuration of your dashboard, email domain authentication (SPF/DKIM), and the initial training of your AI Response profile.

4. AI Response Authorization & Liability

  • Authorization: You grant DigitalDotts, LLC and its AI sub-processors the authority to draft and/or post responses to public reviews on platforms (e.g., Google, Facebook) on your behalf.

  • Accuracy: You acknowledge that AI-generated content is produced via machine learning. While highly accurate, it may occasionally produce errors.

  • Monitoring: The Customer is responsible for reviewing AI-generated responses. You have the option to set the AI to "Manual Approval" or "Auto-Pilot" mode. DigitalDotts, LLC is not liable for any reputational damage, legal claims, or misinformation resulting from AI-posted content.

5. Email Compliance (CAN-SPAM Act) You agree to use the Email Marketing tool only for "opt-in" contacts. You are prohibited from uploading "purchased" or "scraped" email lists. Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension without a refund to protect our server reputation.

6. Payment & Defaults If a monthly payment fails, our system will attempt to retry up to 3 times. If payment remains outstanding for more than 10 days, service access will be suspended, but the 12-month obligation remains in effect.
